• Services already completed or delivered cannot be cancelled.

• Project cancellation before the commencement of development work.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original payment method wherever applicable.

• Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
• Transaction charges, taxes, or gateway fees may be deducted where applicable.

5. Project-Based Services

For software development or project-based services:

• Advance payments are generally non-refundable once work has started.
• Milestone payments already completed are non-refundable.
• Refund requests will be reviewed based on project progress and agreements.
